Early Stage Startup Sideqik Quietly Raises $4 million

Early stage startup Sideqik, a business intelligence platform for influencer marketing, quietly raised $4 million in a funding round filed last week. Sideqik's platform enables brands to connect with consumers by identifying influencers and measuring their return on Investment (ROI).

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Sieqik was founded in 2011. The company's prior funding was a $150k debt round in June of 2018.

Sideqik lists many household names as customers, including Coca-Cola, The Home Depot and Proctor & Gamble.

Formerly the Chief Software Architect at Virtue, Jeremy Haile is the CEO & Founder of Sideqik. Tree McGlown is the company's Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder. Greg Gretsch, Managing Director of Jackson Square Ventures, is listed as a Director of the company on the SEC filing, indicating Jackson Square could be the primary or sole VC behind the funding.
