As revealed by the company on Wednesday, BlackSky has recently secured a lucrative contract worth $24 million from the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) to spearhead the development of cutting-edge moving target engagement services. Notably, BlackSky has been granted an initial award of $3.5 million to kickstart the project.
