Recently, he served as the Group CIO at Lloyd’s broker Tysers, where he led impactful projects. These included developing the T-connect platform to streamline client service and enhance operational efficiency. His previous CIO roles at Ardonagh Specialty, Price Forbes, and JLT Group also reflect his expertise in modernizing IT infrastructure and fostering digital growth.

Throughout his career, Jolley has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and cybersecurity, overseeing initiatives that earned Tysers notable IT security certifications like IASME Gold and ISO27002. 

In recognition of his industry contributions, Jolley was honored at the 2024 Market People Awards for his outstanding influence on technology and innovation, cementing his status as a transformative leader in the sector.
