How to Generate AI Emails
You can generate AI-powered emails directly from contact profiles throughout Fundz. Look for the AI Email buttonnext to any contact's name.
To generate an AI email:
- Navigate to any Fundings, Executives, or Acquisitions detail page.
- Find the related contact you want to reach out to.
- Click the AI Email button next to their name.
- Your default email client will automatically open with the AI-generated message.
- Review, edit as needed, and click Send.
What Gets Included?
Each AI-generated email includes:
- Personalized greeting with the contact's name and title
- Reference to relevant business events (funding, acquisitions, executive changes)
- Context about the company and their recent activity
- Your value proposition and how you can help
- Professional closing and call-to-action
Customize Your Outreach
Make your AI-generated emails even more personalized by configuring your Outreach Preferences. These settings help the AI understand your company, value proposition, and messaging style.
To update your preferences:
- Navigate to your Account settings.
- Click on the Outreach Info tab.
- Update your company information, value proposition, target departments, and messaging preferences.
- Click Save changes to apply your settings.
Customizable Preferences Include:
- Company Information: Your company name, industry, and offerings
- Value Proposition: What makes your solution unique and valuable
- Messaging Tone: Professional, casual, technical, or consultative style
- Target Departments: Which teams you typically work with (Sales, Engineering, etc.)
