In 2021 the Company initiated its search for gold properties in Zimbabwe. This move by Zephyr into Zimbabwe was prompted by recent changes to that country’s mineral claims tenure legislation combined with the presence of geological environments prospective for gold. The Company holds a 100% interest in mineral claims in Colorado, USA, collectively referred to as the Dawson-El Plomo property; which includes an advanced gold project hosting an NI 43-101 compliant inferred gold resource with exploration potential over a 3.8 km strike length.
