Garnett Station Partners, LLC (“Garnett Station”), a New York-based principal investment firm, today announced its growth investment into Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming (“Woof Gang” or the “Company”). Founded in 2007, by Paul and Cara Allen, Woof Gang is the leading pet services and specialty retail franchisor with more than 200 locations open or under development across 18 states. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
