We offer a Predictive Control as a Service platform that connects to Smart Thermostats and reduces the energy consumption of buildings by 20-40% while improving the comfort. Our technology learns the thermal behavior of a building purely from measurement data and uses this knowledge to optimize the building control by looking into the future. As a spin-off company of the Urban Energy Systems Lab at Empa and the Automatic Control Lab at ETH Zürich, Switzerland, we are close to top research and innovation.
