("TPC" or the "Company") (TSXV:TPC) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 12,000,000 units (each a "Unit") at a price of CDN $0.25 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CDN$3,000,000 (the "Financing"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant").
