Tenth Avenue Petroleum Corp. Announces Closing Of $3,138,750 Non-Brokered Financing

CALGARY, AB / February 18, 2022 / Tenth Avenue Petroleum Corp. ("TPC" or the "Company") (TSXV:TPC) is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's press release dated January 17, 2022, the Company has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement and raised gross proceeds of $3,138,750 at a price of $0.25 per unit (each a "Unit") from the sale of 12,555,000 Units (the "Financing").
