TA XIV was launched in January 2021 and quickly became significantly oversubscribed, with demand exceeding its original $10.5 billion target. In addition, TA announced the closing of TA Select Opportunities Fund II (“TA Select Opps II”), also launched in January 2021, with total commitments at its hard cap of $1.5 billion.
