TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, and Francisco Partners, a leading global technology-focused private equity firm, today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement to make a significant growth investment in Edifecs, Inc., a global health information technology solutions company. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2020, were not disclosed.
