Founded in 2016, Staff Boom provides business process outsourced solutions, primarily to the insurance industry, in a variety of disciplines including back office support, customer service, marketing as well as a myriad of customized options. The Company’s customers include leading retail brokerage agencies, wholesale brokers, managing general agencies, insurance carriers and claims administrators.
