BHMS Invests in Staff Boom

BHMS Investments, LP, through affiliated funds (“BHMS”), completed an investment in Staff Boom, LLC (“Staff Boom” or the “Company”). Founded in 2016, Staff Boom provides business process outsourced solutions, primarily to the insurance industry, in a variety of disciplines including back office support, customer service, marketing as well as a myriad of customized options. The Company’s customers include leading retail brokerage agencies, wholesale brokers, managing general agencies, insurance carriers and claims administrators.
