Irving Resources Inc. (“Irving” or the "Company") is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company with precious metal projects in Japan and joint venture interests with Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC) in a rare earth element project in Africa. Irving resulted from completion of a plan of arrangement involving Irving, Gold Canyon Resources Inc. and First Mining Finance Corp. and commenced trading on the CSE with the symbol IRV in December, 2015.
