Fantasy Sports Platform Fantasy Akhada Raises Rs 5 Crore Through Prime Securities

Harsha Bhogale backed fantasy sports platform Fantasy Akhada said that it has raised Rs 5 crore in funding through Prime Securities, a week before IPL 2021 kicks off. Launched in January 2020, the company had raised funds from cricket commentator Harsha Bhogale in August 2020 who also came on board as brand ambassador. The round was led by N Jayakumar, managing director, Prime Securities, an investment banking boutique.
