Earl Resources Limited ("Earl Resources") (TSXV:ERL.H), further to its press release dated March 17, 2021, announces that, effective November 24, 2021, it has terminated its previously announced agreement with Kepis & Pobe Financial Group Inc., to acquire an assignment of certain property rights in Northwest Arizona, which was intended to constitute Earl Resources' proposed "Change of Business" as such term is defined in TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") Policy 5.2 ("Policy 5.2").
