The beauty products company greenlit the allotment of 1,741 series F preference shares for 3,385,049 rupees (US$45,296.45) apiece to raise the amount, Entrackr reported, citing a filing. The company is looking to set up 140 charging areas across India by March next year, with its first public charger expected to come by early January, the sources added.
