Ascend Foundation hosted their fourth Annual Ascend Charity Golf Outing at the Manhattan Woods Golf Club at West Nyack, NY on September 13, 2021. The event raised a record-breaking $240,000 to support the Pan-Asian community. With business leaders and executives in attendance, the event honored four Pan-Asian trailblazers: Yang Shim, Americas Technology Consulting Leader, EY; Sherry S. Chan, Chief Actuary, City of New York; Valerie Wong Fountain, Managing Director, Morgan Stanley; and Ian Asvakovith, Co-Founder & CEO, Piedmont Fund Services.
