American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) (the "Company"), a leading provider of high-quality single-family homes for rent, today announced its intent to redeem all outstanding shares of its 5.875% Series F Perpetual Preferred Shares (NYSE: AMH-F), $0.01 par value per share, for cash at a liquidation preference of $25.00 per share plus any accrued and unpaid dividends, on May 5, 2022.
