ZCG Consulting , the management consulting arm of merchant bank Z Capital Group , has hired Jon Davies as head of talent. He is based in the firm’s New York headquarters.
Davies joins from Lightyear Capital, where he spent the last three years as managing director and head of talent. Before that, he spent three years at Point72 as director of recruitment and four years as global head of recruitment at Blackstone.
