Vince Holding Corp. has announced the resignation of Jack Schwefel as Chief Executive Officer and the appointment of David (“Dave”) Stefko, current Director and former Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as Interim Chief Executive Officer. The Company has also initiated a search process to identify a permanent Chief Executive Officer.
