Uniswap Labs has appointed Katherine Minarik, former Coinbase legal executive, as its new chief legal officer. Minarik's appointment comes as the startup is likely to face a legal battle with federal regulators in the U.S. She replaces former CLO Marvin Ammori, who plans to transition to a part-time role at the startup.
