Union Bancaire Privée has named Raoul Jacot-Descombes as its new Group Chief Risk Officer. He will join the bank’s Executive Committee in mid-January, returning to his operational role from Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (FER Genève). In his new role, Jacot-Descombes will oversee the bank’s entire risk management framework.
