Smiths Group plc has announced the retirement of Clare Scherrer, the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the appointment of Julian Fagge as her successor. Clare will continue as CFO until 31 January 2025, with Julian assuming the role from 1 February 2025. Julian, who currently serves as President of Smiths Interconnect, is recognized for his extensive financial, strategic, and commercial expertise.
