Yoshiharu Ikeda has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Primetals Technologies, succeeding Satoru Iijima who will remain involved as a Director of the Board and Fellow Advisor. Alongside this appointment, Andreas Weinhengst will become the new CFO, effective April 1, 2025, and Karl Purkarthofer will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the company's new financial year, leading several key global functions.
