Pixelle Specialty Solutions , a leading supplier of specialty papers, announced today that Timothy Hess has decided to step down from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer for health reasons, effective August 7, 2023. In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors announced that following a comprehensive search process, it has selected Ross Bushnell to succeed Hess as Pixelle’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Bushnell has been appointed to the Board of Directors, and Hess will be available to support a smooth transition and will continue serving on the Board.

Pixelle Specialty Solutions' assets, including the real estate of the main paper mill site, all mill equipment, and the adjacent cogeneration power plant, have been acquired by JGT2 Redevelopment LLC. The site's infrastructure can be repurposed for various industrial uses, and after certain mill assets are sold through an upcoming auction, the property will be available for tenants.
