Ohio River South (Ors) Appoints Andy Beck As Evp of Public Affairs and Communications, and Don Balfour As Evp of Government Relations

Ohio River South (ORS) has announced the addition of two accomplished executives, Andy Beck and Don Balfour, to its leadership team.
