Netflix has appointed Elizabeth Stone as Chief Technology Officer as part of reshuffle of several of senior executives in its advertising, technology and product divisions. Paris-based production and distribution group Federation Studios has hired Marco Chimenz as Co-Managing Director. A+E Networks has promoted Mark Garner to the newly created position of Executive Vice President, Head of Global FAST Channels.
