In preparation for Georges Elhedery taking over as CEO, HSBC has announced significant changes in its leadership. Nuno Matos, the current Wealth and Personal Banking chief, is resigning, and will be replaced by Barry O'Byrne, the current CEO of the lender's commercial bank.
