A leader in biotechnology, Biocon Ltd., announced on Monday that Peter Bains had been named group CEO. In order to take on this executive position as CEO of the Biocon Group, Bains has resigned with immediate effect from his position as a non-executive independent director on the board of Biocon Ltd, the firm said in a regulatory filing.
