The board of directors for the Berkshire Family YMCA officially appointed Christian Bianchi as the organization’s CEO, following a four-month search to fill the position. Bianchi, who had been serving as the interim CEO since the start of the year, stood out for his deep understanding of the YMCA mission, strategic vision, and commitment to serving the Berkshire community.
