Baxter International Inc. announced the resignation of Brian Stevens from the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller. Concurrently, the Board of Directors appointed Joel Grade, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to serve as the interim Chief Accounting Officer while retaining his CFO responsibilities.
