Barking Owl has named Carol Dunn as its new managing director, who will assume the day-to-day duties of the company’s founder and creative director, Kelly Bayett. Meanwhile, executive creative director Kelly Bayett transitions to the strategic creative oversight role. In addition, Kirkland Alexander Lynch, the CEO, will continue to oversee the global strategy and operations functions of the business.
