Arnold Clark's chief executive and group managing director Eddie Hawthorne has decided to step down, effective 28 March. Chief operating officer Russell Borrie will assume the role of chief executive, while chief commercial officer John Clark and chief financial officer David Cooper will continue to work alongside him on the board.
