Woodland Christian Church and Winterwood Incorporated have joined forces to build 38 units of safe affordable housing for seniors in Lexington. The $13 million project will also involve the transformation of the historic sanctuary into a multi-purpose venue for worship and performing arts, while the church itself will contain some of the living units.
