Washtenaw Community College (WCC) has collaborated with Talent Together, a leading 'Grow Your Own' teacher preparation program in Michigan, to offer a supportive and affordable pathway for teacher candidates to obtain a bachelor’s degree and teaching certification. The initiative aims to address the critical educator shortage in Michigan by educating teacher candidates with little to no previous college credit through online and virtual courses.
