Verizon has been awarded a contract to install 5G and/or 4G LTE network enhancements at 35 US Air Force bases across the country. The agreement will see Verizon Business deliver network enhancements such as C-Band carrier adds, new macro builds, and small cells, providing higher speeds, increased bandwidth, and lower latency for base personnel and the surrounding community.
