Updike Industries has terminated its contract with the town of Gordonsville, Virginia, due to the excessive amount of trash outside residents' homes. The company accused the town of not honoring the terms of their deal and stated that its drivers routinely arrived at homes with three-foot high stacks of garbage, far exceeding the 64-gallon-per-week limit per household.
