An investor group led by TPG Angelo Gordon, Dream Unlimited Corp., and Stadium Capital Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire a Dutch residential portfolio from European Residential REIT for approximately €695 million. The portfolio includes nearly 3,000 single-family and multifamily units across close to 90 sites in the Netherlands.
