The Rohatyn Group has announced the sale of over 40,000 hectares of forest plantation in Uruguay to Oji Uruguay Forest Company S.A.S., a subsidiary of Oji Holdings Corporation. This partnership involves the transfer of forestry assets, including pine and eucalyptus plantation forests, and the provision of transitional management services to OUFC by TRG.
