Spectrum Healthcare Resources, a provider of health care services to military and government employees, is forced to make a significant reduction in its workforce after losing a contract to provide nurse and vocational rehabilitation services for the Department of Labor. This resulted in the termination of 280 full-time and part-time workers located throughout the United States.
