Spartoo's management has acquired 2,867,401 shares from Highland Capital Partners in a transaction that strengthens the position of Spartoo's management within its shareholder base and demonstrates its confidence in the company's business plan. The acquisition resulted in the Group's management holding 28.9% of the Company's share capital and 28.9% of its voting rights.
