FIR Registered Against Ex-CID Chief for Misuse of Government Funds in Awarding Contract to Sauthrika Technologies and Infra Private Limited

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a first information report (FIR) against N Sanjay, former Additional Director General of APCID and former Director General of AP State Disaster Response and Fire Services, for misconduct and misuse of power in awarding a contract worth Rs 1.36 crore to Sauthrika Technologies and Infra Private Limited. The FIR alleges that fraudulent payments and exorbitant pricing were involved in the contract, with manipulation of tender processes.
