Rainbow Realty Group IV, LLC, in collaboration with other entities, has successfully closed a $12 million senior mortgage loan with Verano Holdings Corp. The loan is cross-collateralized and secured by two of Verano’s premier cultivation and processing properties in North Las Vegas, Nevada and Coolidge, Arizona.
