PTC Industries Limited has finalized a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Trac Precision Solutions Ltd, a UK-based company specializing in precision-engineered components for aviation, defence, and power generation. The acquisition of Trac Precision Solutions Ltd and other related companies will expand PTC's market footprint in these specialized sectors, positioning it as a key player in the global precision engineering market. The partnership is subject to approval under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 and is expected to close within three months.
