Pinnacle Climate Technologies has been awarded a $50,000 teaching grant from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development to work in partnership with St. Cloud State University. The grant aims to provide training specific to the business and expand work opportunities for employees. The collaboration will include leadership and operational excellence training for manufacturing staff, as well as mental health first aid training for human resources staff.
