Nakheel has awarded an AED 810 million contract to Jan De Nul Dredging LTD for marine works on Palm Jebel Ali. The contract includes dredging, land reclamation, beach profiling, and sand placement to support the construction of villas across all fronds, with an expected completion time of just over two years.
