Midoil Refining and Petrochemicals Company Limited has signed an agreement with the host community and awarded wall fencing of the refinery site to three reputable contractors. The event, which coincided with the company’s end-of-the-year party, aimed to settle all encumbrances and ensure a smooth take-off and sailing of the construction operations.
