Dallas' Maple Park Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard, the largest Italian Ice concept in the world with over 575 locations across 30 U.S. states and international markets. Rita's, known for its famous Italian Ice and signature frozen custard, is set to embark on a new chapter with the support of Maple Park.
