The auction for the ownership of Joann resulted in a new partnership between financial services company GA Group and Joann's term lenders. The new ownership plans to implement a multimillion-dollar retention plan for employees, grant time off for job interviews, and organize job fairs. The majority of closing Joann stores are set to remain open until the end of May.
