Lehman & Company (JFLCO) has completed the sale of Integrated Global Services (IGS) to American Securities, marking the end of its successful investment in the asset integrity solutions provider. Since acquiring IGS in 2020, JFLCO worked alongside management to expand its market presence, accelerate adoption of its solutions, and diversify its technology offerings.
